I have spent the past twenty-seven years of my life practicing criminal and civil law in Brazos County, Texas as well as regularly in Robertson, Madison, Grimes, Leon, and Washington Counties, and across the state.

My grandfather, two great uncles, many cousins and other relatives too numerous to mention all practiced law in the Brazos Valley. My daughter, Amy A. Banks, has joined my firm as an associate attorney, so I know the family tradition will continue.
